This notice covers taad.solutions, camtrack.io and enquiries you send to us. CamTrack registration and installer downloads are being prepared. We will publish the account and licensing privacy information before registration opens.

When you visit these websites

Our servers receive the connection information needed to deliver a webpage, including your IP address, the requested page, request time and response status. We use limited server logs to investigate faults, protect the service and detect abuse. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure website.

These public information pages do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, tracking pixels or embedded social-media widgets. Fonts and images are served with the website. There is no mailing-list signup or advertising profile.

When you contact us

We receive your email address, any name you provide, and the contents and attachments of your message. We use them to answer your enquiry and provide requested support. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract where applicable, or our legitimate interest in responding to business correspondence.

Please send only information needed for your enquiry. CamTrack's image analysis is designed to run on your computer; an enquiry does not automatically give us access to your images or project files.

Who can access information

Information is accessible to authorised people who operate TAAD Solutions and its services. We use our own server infrastructure and OVHcloud hosting to deliver the websites. Email travels through the mail providers used by you and us. We do not sell personal information or share it for third-party advertising.

If we need a new supplier or an international transfer for an additional service, we will assess the required protections and update this notice before introducing it.

How long we keep it

Server logs rotate automatically under limited storage budgets. We keep information needed to investigate a specific fault or security incident until that investigation and any necessary follow-up are complete.

We keep correspondence while dealing with your enquiry and for as long as needed for related support, ongoing business dealings or a legal obligation or dispute. We review the purpose and sensitivity of the information when deciding whether it remains necessary, and delete information that is no longer needed.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access or correct your information, have it deleted, restrict its use, or receive a portable copy. We do not make decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects through automated profiling.

You have the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Contact info@taad.solutions to exercise that right or discuss any concern.
